Did you know that Project Honey Pot is the number one SPAM Buster on the planet?
You KNOW that SPAMMERS attack your site but do you know about the SPAMMERS?
You see a LOT of "noise" on various forums about "all" the SPAMMER Bad Boys are Chinese but if you wrap the story with a little reality, you get a VERY DIFFERENT picture.
( Note: Analyzing the data from this site and my other vBulletin sites as well as my client sites, I don't believe the so-called Chinese Spammers are from China even though the IP address is clearly Chinese. I think they are Russian SPAMMERS impersonating Chinese by forging or hijacking IP addresses from China. The robot techniques that I am seeing here are identical to the ones that have always been associated with Russian Scumbag Spammers. Though I acknowledge that Chinese SPAMMERS do exist, I, personally believe that the bulk of the junk we see from there are originating from Russian Spambots.)
